_Woodland Holiday Park in Trimingham is a luxury holiday park, exclusively for holiday home owners. We're hidden in 80 acres of beautiful countryside and only a few hundred yards from the sea. We pride ourselves on offering an outstanding service and our people share our philosophy for delivering it. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team._
_This is a fixed term temporary role which will include evening and weekend working. _
Main Tasks of Job:
Assisting and supporting senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of a range of dishes.
Being able to work as a team.
Be able to motor through prep lists with efficiency.
Put effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
Preparing Ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc)
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
Being aware of profit margins and keeping waste to a minimum.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar position
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of best cooking practices.
Pay: From £15.38 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week

Chef: 1 year (required)
