• June 10-14 on site locums with specific mammo need to direct diagnostic mammo and breast ultrasound


• June 15-16 weekend remote or on site


• June 22-23 weekend remote or on site

• July 6-7 weekend remote or on site


• July 15-19 - on site locums with specific mammo need to direct diagnostic mammo and breast ultrasound


• July 22-26 remote or on site


• July 29-August 2 - remote or on site


• August 17-18 weekend


• Aug 19-23 onsite need mammo


• Aug 24-25 weekend


• Aug 26-30 onsite or remote


• Aug 31 Sept 1 weekend


• Sept 14-15 weekend


• Sept 21-22 - weekend


• Sept 23-27 onsite or remote

Patient Volume: 160 reads per week Procedures: Types of Imaging plain film x-ray, bone density, Nuclear Medicine, general and vascular US, MRI, CT including low dose lung screening and brain diffusion. Mammography will be excluded due to compliance. Types of Procedures fluoro to include GI, GU imaging, joint injections for contrast prior to MRI, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis. Experience to perform liver biopsy, thyroid biopsy, renal biopsy, bone biopsy preferred. The average number of reads per physician is 160 per week. EMR: PACS is Philips IntelliSpace; EMR is Epic/Radiant License Needed: NC or almost done with license as in going to the board Certifications Needed: Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Other additional pertinent information:
