Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
Sign On Bonus: $80,000
Relocation Assistance: $12,000

Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
