• Experience: Prior hospitalist or acute care experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $168.17


• Pay package discussed upon application

What You ll Do:

• Provide high-quality medical care as part of the hospital medicine team during night shifts


• Monitor and assess patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as needed


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans


• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers following hospital protocols


• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records


• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during night hours


• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

What You Need:


Required:

• NY State Physician Assistant License


• ACLS and BLS certifications


• Prior experience in hospital or acute care setting preferred

Preferred:

• Hospitalist or inpatient care experience


• Strong collaboration and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
