Geriatric Medicine Opportunity in California

Practice Overview:



  • You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing integrated care to older adults

  • Practice offers on-site access to behavioral health, dental, and case management support

  • Emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education

  • Designed for continuity and relationship-building with patients and families







Schedule:



  • Full-time outpatient position with no inpatient or weekend responsibilities

  • Multidisciplinary support model ensures well-rounded care

  • EMR-supported workflows for efficient documentation and coordination

  • Leadership readily available for consults and support
