A well-established, patient-focused dermatology practice in Sarasota is seeking an experienced Dermatology Provider to join a growing team. This is a high-volume, mostly medical dermatology role with strong earning potential and long-term upside.
Practice Highlights
patients per day
Primarily medical dermatologyEstablished patient base with consistent demand
Supportive clinical staff and efficient workflows
Minimal cosmetics unless desired
Year 1 Base Salary: $150,000+ (guaranteed)
Plus collections/production incentives
Year 2: Transition to collections modelAdditional $25,000+ potential (DOE)
Possible sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance
Monday Friday preferredOpen to schedule discussions for the right candidate
No weekends unless mutually agreed upon
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision

CME allowance
Malpractice coverage
Licensing and credentialing support
NP or PA with dermatology experience
(or Physician, depending on how you want to market this)Active Florida license or ability to obtain
