Practice Details
275K Base- Full Benefits package, Sign-On, Annual Raises, Incentive Bonus program
- Can practice with any active state licensure
- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
- 3 CRNAs and 1 ANES on staff
About Talihina, Oklahoma - Southeast Oklahoma

This 54-mile winding route is known for its stunning fall foliage and spectacular panoramas of the Ouachita Mountains. Enjoy all that the area has to offer with a visit to Talimena State Park, located at the entrance to the byway. Talihina is also home to some fantastic restaurants. 2 hours to Tulsa, 1 to Ft Smith, and 3 to Oklahoma City.
