What You ll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for diverse inpatient surgeries, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC procedures


• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff


• Conduct preoperative assessments and provide patient education


• Administer anesthetics and monitor patients throughout procedures


• Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia


• Respond promptly to patient emergencies in a team setting


• Document care accurately in Epic EMR


• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• 
  Required: Michigan RN license, NBCRNA certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS, minimum experience level (not for new grads)


• 
  Preferred: Previous experience working in a trauma or hospital setting
