Required Skills:

• Current NBCRNA certification and active state license


• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications


• Extensive experience managing anesthesia for adult patients, with limited pediatric cases


• Expertise in general surgery, neurosurgical procedures, deep sedation/MAC, and ventilation management


• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff


• Excellent patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in trauma or academic hospital settings


• Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation system


• Additional certifications in advanced airway management or regional anesthesia techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional CRNA experience in hospital settings


• Proven track record managing complex cases in high-pressure environments

Other Requirements:

• This is a temporary locum position with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days


• No on-call, weekend, or overnight shifts required workday shifts only (8, 10, or 12 hours)


• Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate; no lodging, flights, or rental cars provided


• Ability to start by July 1, 2026
