Partner with a fast-growing, physician-led PM&R group that provides consult-based care in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Texas, with immediate openings in DFW. Known for combining high-touch patient care with high-quality documentation, we re now looking for exceptional NPs to become part of that mission.

The Role:
You ll collaborate closely with board-certified Physiatrists to ensure continuity of care and serve as a key presence within partner facilities. You ll balance autonomy with physician guidance and play a vital role in restoring function and dignity for post-acute patients.
