We are seeking an experienced or ambitious Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our fast-paced practice in Gray, Maine. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including periodontal therapy, scaling, root planing, and routine prophylaxis in a fast-paced setting.
Perform thorough clinical assessments, including oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and reviewing medical histories.
Take diagnostic digital X-rays and intraoral impressions efficiently.
Deliver impactful patient education regarding oral hygiene, preventative care, and customized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic clinical documentation and patient records.
Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care and optimal daily flow.
Qualifications
Degree or Certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Active Maine RDH License (or eligibility to obtain one).
New Grads Welcome: A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced practice.
Strong clinical judgment and exceptional patient communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume environment.
Schedule
Enjoy a rare, highly desirable full-time schedule that preserves your weekends:
Monday through Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Fridays through Sundays: CLOSED
