Health First Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our established Urohospitalist team. This full-time employed opportunity offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule, strong clinical support, and a practice structure designed to help physicians thrive both professionally and personally.
You'll join a collaborative team serving two community hospitals within an integrated healthcare system known for physician engagement, quality care, and long-term stability. With a predictable schedule and dedicated hospital-based focus, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care while enjoying more time for family, travel, hobbies, and personal pursuits.
Position Highlights
Full-time employed Urohospitalist position
7 days on / 7 days off schedule
12-hour onsite shifts with night call responsibilities
Coverage limited to two community hospitals
Established inpatient urology service

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure or currently licensed in Florida
