The Old Thatch, is part of The Fired Up Collective , one of the fastest-growing boutique restaurant & pub groups in the UK. Each of our brands stands out for fantastic service, great value, and amazing food , all wrapped up in a captivating atmosphere . As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join us and be part of something special.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Good knowledge of all sections - from pastry to pass
- Eager to learn and train under a professional kitchen team
- A passion for high-quality ingredients and creative dishes
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure
