Family Medicine CMO 50/50 Admin/Clinic Split Iowa

This highly impressive community hospital is seeking a BC/BE family medicine provider to lead their medical staff as Chief Medical Officer and treat patients in this hybrid clinical/administrative role.


Position Details:
• Chief Medical Officer practice opportunity with a 50/50 split between clinical practice and executive leadership
• Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a liaison between providers and administration to ensure organization alignment
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting 2-3 days per week
• Modern, 25-bed critical access hospital equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, AI scribing, specialized clinics, and more
• Highly competitive base salary guarantee, $100K commencement and retention package, 8+ weeks PTO, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
• Minimum five years experience required (previous leadership experience preferred)
