Responsibilities:
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring all supplies are readily available
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, including specials and seasonal offerings, and recommend drinks to guests
- Sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company policies and state laws
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking ag
- Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies for operation
- Ensure all alcohol is stored securely and in compliance with company, state and local regulations
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
- Deliver excellent service by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with every guest, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
- Stay organized by keeping your workspace tidy and stocked, so you're always ready to serve guests efficiently
- Prioritize safety by following all legal and safety guidelines, including monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring a responsible service environment
- Stay knowledgeable by continuously learning about new drink trends, the menu, and any specials or promotions
- Support the team by helping with opening and closing duties, stocking supplies, and assisting fellow bartenders and servers when needed
- Assisting with food locations, kiosks, and stands as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and support business operations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
You must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Food Handler's Certification & TABC (Provided)
- Ability to communicate effectively including reading, writing and speaking
- Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
1 years+ experience bartending preferred
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- All other duties necessary to support the Food & Beverage department
- Report to our Food & Beverage Operations Leadership team
