Covey Security is hiring a hands-on Armed Field Supervisor to support multiple sites across the Phoenix area.
This is a mobile role - you'll be in the field covering shifts, checking sites, and making sure our officers are doing the job right. What You'll Do
- Cover call-offs and open shifts
- Conduct site checks and coach officers
- Handle incidents and support operations
- Keep standards tight across all sites
Requirements
Active AZ Armed Guard Card
1+ year security experience
Clean driving record (REQUIRED) - company vehicle provided
Military / Veteran / Law Enforcement preferred
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work varied shifts
