Description: Who will I be working with? Seibert is a leading Atlassian Platinum Partner and software company based in Wiesbaden, Germany, with around 500 employees. We build and sell products like Linchpin, Agile Hive, and a suite of Atlassian Marketplace apps, used by B2B companies worldwide to modernize how their teams collaborate. We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive the success of one of our product or service areas. This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in Germany or on the East Coast of the United States, with the option to work from our Wiesbaden office. You'll work with people who genuinely believe that great software changes how teams work - and who are excited to bring that to the world. As Account Executive at Seibert, you're part of a Go-to-Market team that takes real ownership of product and service success. You collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Sales Consultants to bring our products and services to the right customers. You're the person who turns leads into conversations, and conversations into closed deals. Which tasks may I expect? You're not just someone who sells. Hit the numbers
You are responsible for achieving sales targets. You track KPIs, analyze what's working, adjust what isn't, and ensure the team stays focused on what matters.
Build lasting customer relationships
You invest in understanding your customers' businesses and challenges. You build trust through honest, consultative conversations rather than hard selling
Manage the sales process
You map the buyer's journey, design the optimal sales process for your product or service, and keep the deal pipeline healthy and moving.
Present and demonstrate our solutions
You deliver compelling product demos and presentations, tailored to your customers' needs. You know how to communicate value clearly and convincingly
Which skills and strengths will I contribute to the team?
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or professional services, with a strong understanding of how enterprise buying decisions are made.
Experience working with Atlassian products or within the Atlassian ecosystem, and comfort operating in that environment.
A strong sense of ownership, including the willingness to make difficult decisions.
Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex topics clearly, challenge constructively, and represent your product's value both internally and externally.
