As a Paraprofessional, you'll work closely with teachers and school teams to support students with diverse learning needs. You'll provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, help reinforce lessons, and contribute to a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and capable of growth.

Requirements

• 
  

  Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently while collaborating with a classroom team

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance

  
  


• 
  

  High School Diploma or GED required

  
  


• 
  

  Associate's Degree or higher preferred
