Family Medicine Physician
to join our dedicated and compassionate care team. This is a hospital-employed, full-time outpatient opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive, community-based care to patients of all ages.

Position Details:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program


• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine


• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $275,000-$280,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
