Description:
- Schedule: Full time (Will consider flexible schedule)
- Shifts: Monday Friday, 8a-5p
- Call volumes: TBD
- Patient volume: 6 patients per day + 1-2 admissions
- Scope: Inpatient PMR
- Procedures (preferred): Trigger point and Knee/Shoulder injections
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital: 124 beds, no trauma
- Group/support: Hospitalists provide coverage over the nights/weekend for urgent/emergent medical issues with IPR patients, but IPR MD is still contacted on nights/weekends about IPR-specific issues such as pain and spasticity management, wound concerns, family questions, and therapy refusals, and new symptoms that arise during therapy.
- Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active VA license
