Position: Server Location: Cinzetti's Italian Market Restaurant - Overland Park, KS Job Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude. - Present menus and provide detailed information about our authentic Italian dishes. - Servers process customer drink orders accurately and efficiently. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals - Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a positive dining experience. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations. - Servers handle cash and electronic transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change. - Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety. Qualifications: - Previous Server experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Strong attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused attitude. - Must be able to stand, walk, and lift trays up to 25 pounds. - Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus.
