Compensation Package:
• $425K guaranteed salary
• RVU-based productivity model with additional upside
• Relocation assistance provided

Requirements:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon
