About the Role


We're looking for a
full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst)
to join our growing team . This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.






You'll be the face of our business-guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don't worry if you're new to the industry-we provide
full training
to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.








What You'll Do



  • Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service

  • Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training

  • Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment

  • Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success

Schedule



  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts

  • Day shifts including weekdays and weekends








Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
