- 4 locations - Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, and Lockport
- Serves 20, 000 patients annually

- Provide services such as Adult and family Medicine, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Dental and more
Benefits and Features:
- $200, 000 - $240, 000 / year

Job/Practice Description:
- Full time, permanent position
- 2 Locations: Buffalo and Niagara Falls
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday dependent on location
- Ideal candidate is flexible to go to different locations if needed
- Family Medicine Physician will see on average 16-20 patients per day
- Rotating phone call - 1 week at a time
Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Ability to hold a New York state license
- Ideal candidate is comfortable working independently
