Description: Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Estimated Start Date:- 05/01/2026 Preferred Schedule: Instead of only looking at full time candidates, we can look at providers who can offer 3 weeks a month. We will need to decline candidates with less than 3 weeks of availability. We can do full time (4 days per week) or 3 days per week. Prefer 4 days. We can make any schedule work, so will leave some flexibility to any interested candidate. Suggested: 07:30-12:00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour 12:00-12:30 Lunch unpaid 12:30-01:00 Paid Admin Time 01:00-04:00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients /hour 04:00-05:00 Paid Admin 1.5 Admin per day X 4 = 6 hours admin per week 30 patient care 36 hours total for 4 days a week. Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: Biopsy, Excision, Electrodesiccation, W/curettage, Cryosurgery Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OR State License, Board Certified, DEA BLS EMR: Epic Pay Rate Preferred: $220 Per/ Hour Additional details: Patients Per Shift: 24-30 Is Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes Are temporary privileges available: No Will Facility Accept Multiple Providers: No MA: 2 OT applies after 9 hours per day In need of candidates who have EPIC experience and are technology proficient.
