Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our dynamic team providing high-quality emergency care across two locations in Central PA. Position Highlights:
12-hour shifts: 7 AM 7 PM or 7 PM 7 AM
Flexible scheduling with the expectation to cover day/night shift times based on departmental needs
Mid Level Coverage: 12 Hours Dailly of APP Support
Collaborative environment: Work alongside Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and sign off on APP cases
No vent management required
Annual ED volume: 19,000 visits
Daily patient volume: 51
24-hour physician coverage with 12-hour APP coverage daily
Stroke Certified Facility
All admissions are coordinated through Hospitalist and Specialty Groups
Requirements:
Completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Osteopathic Emergency Medicine
A minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS not required if Board Certification requirements are met
