Description: We are hiring an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant LOCUM near Champaign, IL (2.5 hours south of Chicago and 90 minutes west of Indianapolis, 2 hours from St. Louis!)! In this LOCUM role you will work with a wonderful, professional and focused team in central Illinois. Join a team of 2 Cardiac Surgeons and six Advanced Practice Providers, state of the art heart center, recently recognized as Top in the nation for cardiac surgery and best in the region for cardiac care and cardiac surgery in addition to a five-star rating for bypass surgery and treatment of heart attacks and heart failure! Start: Early November End: 6-months Hours: M-F Occasional Call Requirements: IL License, ACLS, EVH We can accommodate full time or even 3 weeks per month Practice scope includes adult cardiothoracic surgery - CABG, AVR, MVR, ECMO. 1099 Compensation, travel covered and much more!
