Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time position
- FNP / PA will work in a primary Care outpatient setting
- Advanced Practice Provider will see patients of all ages for chronic and acute conditions
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- 1+ year of Primary Care experience
- Active Minnesota license
