• Collaborate with Market President on KPIs and P&L performance
• Drive relationships with health plans and network providers
• Promote problem?solving to reduce unnecessary utilization
• Supervise and mentor clinicians to improve diagnostic skills, evidence?based practice, and population health management

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• M.D. or D.O., required
• Geriatrics fellowship or advanced degrees (MPH, MBA, JD), preferred
• Active Florida license upon start date
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience
• Documented leadership experience with oversight and mentoring providers
• Ability to use KPIs and data to drive outcomes
• Experience in a value?based care background, preferred
• Experience in home?based or outpatient care, required
