You ll step into a steady, well-run practice with advanced technology, mentorship support, and a clear pathway to partnership for long-term career growth.
Position Details
Reason for Need: Partner doctor currently covering the vacancy; seeking a dedicated full-time replacement
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
Current Team:
Operatories: Modern, fully equipped office
Technology: CBCT, iTero Digital Scanner, Rotary Endo, Electric Handpieces
Procedures: Comprehensive bread and butter dentistry, with opportunities to grow services (currently referring out ortho/aligners)
Patient Base: All ages, primarily adult population
Payor Mix: Predominantly PPO & cash pay, 30% Medicaid
Annual Clinic Production: $700,000
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Model: Choice of
Base Guarantee: $15,000 $20,000/month
Production Model: 30% of production (minus lab fees)
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
Earning Potential: Based on current clinic production, $200K+ achievable in the first year
Ownership Track: Strong pathway to partnership 7 of 14 current doctors are partners, with an 80% partnership success rate
Mentorship: New graduates receive six months of guided mentorship under Dr. Williams
