Description: NP/PA Inpatient Gastroenterology Opening near Chicago - Experience Required Located in Aurora, IL - Chicago 30mFull-time, hospital-employed position1-2 Years of Experience Required Position Overview: Schedule: Days only - no nights required Setting: Inpatient, with collaboration across surgery and gastroenterology Team Environment: Work closely with surgeons, gastroenterologists, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes This role will primarily support General Surgery while also assisting with Gastroenterology services, providing comprehensive care to our patients. 292-bed facility, 197 beds are for medical, surgical, obstetric, pediatric, and intensive careCompensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Professional growth opportunities, CME support, and continuing education Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois National certification in good standing Prior experience in surgery, gastroenterology, or inpatient care preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
