This is an opportunity for a Psychiatrist ready to step into a meaningful leadership role within a well-established and highly respected behavioral health program. Located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, this position offers the ability to shape clinical direction while working alongside a strong, collaborative team all within a schedule designed to support balance and sustainability.

Position Details

• Monday through Friday schedule with no call


• Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time


• Clinical work available in inpatient or outpatient settings


• Ability to focus on adults, Child and Adolescent psych, or all ages

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential over $400,000, including Medical Director stipend

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry


• Trained in Adult or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry


• Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi


• Experience or interest in leadership and program development
