The Opportunity
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine, caring for patients from newborns to geriatrics
• Outpatient-focused practice with continuity of care for admitted patients
• Night coverage is handled by a dedicated hospitalist team
• 4-day workweek
• On-call duties are backup only for the inpatient floor and OB
• Physicians have the option to pick up hospitalist or ED shifts to maintain inpatient skills or earn additional income
• J1 and H1B visa support


Compensation & Benefits
• $310K base salary with $550K+ earning potential through proven productivity
• $250K student loan repayment ($50K/year for 5 years)
• $150K sign-on bonus + $20K relocation + $21K quality bonus
• $2K-$3K monthly residency/fellowship stipend
