Schedule:
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
Clinical Support:
- 3 Dental Assistants
- 1 Registered Dental Hygienist
Requirements:
- Active IL dental license
- Comfortable with general dentistry procedures
Surgical extractions required (please note any limitations when applying)
