Schedule:
- Monday Thursday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Clinic + procedure days, no call
Practice:
- Outpatient interventional pain clinic
- 2-provider team (1 physician, 1 APP) with RN/MA support
- Epic EMR
Patient Volume:
- Clinic: /day
- Procedures: /day
- Adults 18+
Procedures:
TPI, PNS, RFA, NB, ultrasound-guided procedures
Requirements:
- Board Certified (Anesthesiology or PM&R)
- PA license, DEA required
- 5+ years interventional pain experience
- Epic charting experience
- Flu vaccination
