Description:
Position: Interventional Radiology Coverage Gettysburg, PA
Schedule:
- 2 weeks/month, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Onsite only, no call
Practice Setting:
- Hospital-based (76 beds)
- Imaging department with procedure areas and assigned workstations
- Support staff: Nurses, Techs, RRA
- EMR: Epic
Patient Volume & Population:
- 6 10 procedures/day
- Neonates through geriatrics
Procedures & Skills:
- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Line placement/removal
- Biopsies, Abscess drainage, Lumbar punctures, Myelograms
- Strong preference for ability to read diagnostic studies
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- PA medical license, DEA required
- Epic charting experience
- IR fellowship preferred (or equivalent experience)
Rate & Credentialing:
- Credentialing 120 days (expedited via SBAR)
- Orientation hours billable
