We are seeking a passionate Audiologist to join our established Otolaryngology (ENT) practice. The Role
As a key member of the ENT team, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic audiological services to a diverse outpatient population. You will work closely with specialized physicians to develop and implement long-term hearing health plans.
Core Responsibilities - Conduct diagnostic hearing sensitivity tests, emittance, and emissions testing.
- Perform auditory evoked potential assessments.
- Consult with patients and families to explain results and provide education on hearing health.
- Select, fit, and dispense advanced assistive listening devices and hearing aids tailored to patient physiology.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and coordinate with outside professionals for holistic patient care.
- Contribute to hospital-wide committees and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow and care quality.
Qualifications Education: Must be a Licensed Audiologist (State of Vermont license or eligibility required).
Experience: Prior clinical experience in an ENT or hospital setting is preferred, though highly motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and electronic medical record systems; strong communication skills for patient and family education.
