Description: Interventional Neurology locum tenens opportunity in Illinois supporting a comprehensive stroke program. High-acuity role with a mix of procedural, inpatient, and clinic responsibilities in a collaborative hospital environment. Assignment Details: Job ID: 50392 Location: Illinois Setting: Inpatient + Clinic + Procedural Start: June 1, 2026 Contract Length: Ongoing Schedule: 24-hour shifts Minimum 7 consecutive shifts required Approximately 3 clinic days per week (12-hour clinic days with night call) Weekend call coverage Compensation: Competitive market rates (inquire for details) Additional call and callback compensation available Requirements: Board Certified Interventional Neurologist Active Illinois license (required) DEA and CSR required ACLS and BLS required Minimum 1 year of experience About the Opportunity: This role includes performing neurointerventional and endovascular procedures while also providing general neurology coverage within a comprehensive stroke program. Providers will manage a mix of inpatient consults, admissions, and emergency stroke cases, working closely with APPs, hospitalists, and neurosurgery teams in a highly collaborative setting.
