Were seeking an experienced Optometrist for a locum assignment in Northern Maineperfect for clinicians who enjoy travel, flexibility, and outdoor adventure while making a real impact in an underserved community.
Position Highlights
- 6-month assignment (Start in July)
- $120$130/hour
- 4 x 10-hour shifts No call
- 16 patients per day
- 1 dedicated Optometric Technician
- FQHC setting
What Youll Do
Provide comprehensive and urgent eye care, including exams, contact lenses, glaucoma and diabetic care, post-op co-management, and OCT/visual field interpretation.
Requirements
- Maine license or eligibility
- NBEO Board Certified
- DEA & BLS
- 12+ years experience
