Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (for qualified candidates)
Shift: Third Shift (Nights)
Direct Hire Full-Time
Overview:
An established hospital is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead Core Lab night operations. This role is responsible for daily workflow coordination, quality oversight, and supervision of lab staff in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight of daily Core Lab operations -
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate laboratory team members -
Coordinate workflow, quality improvement, and resource utilization -
Resolve customer service issues and support performance management -
Assist with budgeting, projects, and operational initiatives -
Serve as a technical resource and participate in bench work as needed -
Support IT and operational needs across the lab
Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemical, or Physical Science -
ASCP or AMT certification required (discipline-specific) -
Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience -
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred -
Ability to work nights
