Description: DENTAL DIRECTOR Milwaukee, Wisconsin Lead with Purpose. Build with Impact. A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in Milwaukee is seeking a Dental Director to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on patient care within a growing dental department.
This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to influence program development, mentor providers, and strengthen access to care for an underserved community - while maintaining meaningful clinical practice. Position Overview
- Approximately 24 clinical hours + administrative leadership time
- Lead and mentor general and pediatric dentists
- Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and strategic planning
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and provider development
- Collaborative leadership alongside medical and executive teams
- Eligible for up to $50,000 in federal student loan repayment (2-year commitment)
- Sign-on and relocation assistance available
Clinical Scope You will continue practicing dentistry while providing oversight for:
- Restorative care
- Extractions
- Prosthodontics (dentures/partials)
- Preventive services
- Pediatric care (age 2+)
- Treatment planning for higher-acuity cases

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
