Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician |
Description: Seeking a full-time permanent Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician in the scenic upper Hudson Valley of Upstate New York, just 2 hours north of NYC and 45 minutes south of Albany. This outpatient role is part of a hospital-owned primary care group, supported by a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, and administrative staff. Position Highlights:
Outpatient only, 70"80 patients/week
Team: 3 physicians, 2 NPs
80% patient care / 20% administrative duties
Call: Shared, phone-only, approx. 1/8

Compensation & Benefits:
Hospital-employed, guaranteed base plus productivity incentives
Salary range: $220,147 " $316,161, based on experience
