About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide in-class academic support to students with mild special educational needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their potential. Your responsibilities may include: - Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Adapting learning resources to meet individual needs
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
- Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support strategies
Hours & Commitment - Full-time, term-time only
