Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

  Established Patient Panel: Step into a thriving practice with a loyal patient base. You will manage a diverse mix of adult and geriatric patients, focusing on both chronic disease management, acute care needs, and well women exams.

  On-Site Ancillary Services: Practice in a well-equipped office featuring on-site bone density scans, spirometry, and exercise stress tests. You will be supported by experienced MAs who facilitate these technical screenings.

  Efficient Documentation: We utilize Athena EMR and prioritize streamlined charting. This role is a great fit for a provider who is tech-savvy and values getting documentation done efficiently during the workday.

  Board-Certified NP or PA-C with a focus on Adult or Family Medicine.

  Athena EMR experience is a major plus.


• 
  Independent mindset: Must be comfortable managing a panel and making clinical decisions while working alongside a supportive lead physician.

  State licensure and board certification are required.
