Oral Surgery:

Need: Oral Surgeon, OMS (Will not consider General Dentist)

Procedures: Typically, Bread & Butter Oral Surgery Procedures. Practices are willing to do what they can to accommodate opportunities for full scope practice. Can get hospital time in the schedule

Scheduling: Prefer full-time (4-5 days each week), May consider 3 days for the right candidate

Average Daily Production: Client contact mentioned $15k is a good baseline for production in each practice

Partnership/Equity available

Compensation: $750k - $1.4m earning potential
