- 2 weeks per month Monday-Friday

- 8-5 PM M-F- mix of hospital rounds, OR and clinic

Work Details
- Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month
- Patients per day: 40-70
- Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (no peds)
- Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital Bed Size: 73
- Skills Required: general urology
Requirements
- Board Certification: BC/BE
- State License: Pennsylvania required
- Willing to License: Yes
- DEA: Required (PA)
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing
- Credentialing Timeframe: less than 90 days
- Temporary privileges available with clean file
