A well-established private dental practice in a thriving Northwest Louisiana metro is seeking a General Dentist to join its respected, patient-centered team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into steady demand, strong clinical autonomy, and long-term stability

Position Highlights

• 
  Work-Life Balance: Flexible four day workweek with no weekends required. Ideal candidate is open to taking occasional call, 1 weekend per month. Call Taken from Home.


• 
  Procedures: general dentistry, endo, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implants


• Average 10-15 patients per day. Mostly adult patients 18+.


• 
  Modern Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment: Modern, spacious offices equipped with iTero, hard and soft tissue lasers, and 3D cone beam imaging (iCat available at two locations). Digital EMR system (Open Dental).


• 
  Ideal Work Environment: Established, dentist-owned private group offering clinical autonomy, operational support, and a collaborative team of dentists and dental hygienists.

Qualifications

• 
  Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.


• 
  Licensure: Active LA license or willingness to obtain


• 
  Skillset: Competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endo, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants.


• 
  Experience: Open to New Graduates!
