Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

An independent, 99-bed community hospital in Sterling, Illinois, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Rheumatology team . With a robust network of 77 physicians and 75 advanced practice providers across 35 specialties, this organization is deeply rooted in its mission to deliver quality care to the region. In addition to the hospital and main clinic, they operate 14 satellite locations throughout the service area.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient clinic-based position


• Full-time schedule - 4.5 days per week
  


• Join a busy, established practice


• Collaborate with 1 MD and 1 NP already on staff


• Physician Assistant experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

Compensation and Benefits:

• 
  Salary range of $120,000-$180,000, based on experience
