Position: Otolaryngology Physician


Description:
Join Our Team as an Otolaryngologist Make a Difference in Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Otolaryngologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat (ENT) services, delivering exceptional patient care through a variety of procedures and treatment plans. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values expertise, teamwork, and professional growth.

Required Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in all common ENT procedures ("bread and butter" cases)

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in otolaryngology

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting

  • Excellent communication and patient management skills

  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with audiologists and other healthcare professionals



Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with advanced ENT procedures or subspecialties

  • Familiarity with clinic-based audiological services

  • Prior experience in a similar outpatient or hospital setting



Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution

  • Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ENT practice



Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work full-time hours as per the scheduled clinic and OR availability

  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations based on clinical needs

  • Valid medical license and any required certifications

  • Willingness to travel for related reimbursements when necessary
