This position allows physicians to join an established team as the group expands to meet increasing community need. The practice is located on campus, providing seamless access to hospital resources and enhancing clinical efficiency. Physicians will have the flexibility to focus on general ENT while also incorporating head and neck cases based on individual interests. With a structured compensation model transitioning from guarantee to productivity, this role offers both stability and long-term earning potential. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights General ENT: Build subspecialty niche if desired Join a team of 3 established ENT physicians Schedule: 4-Day work week Call: low volume 1:4 ? No facial trauma Inspire Therapy preferred ?
